    The Manurewa High School operates an Enrolment Scheme in accordance with Ministry of Education requirements.

    This scheme places enrolments in two main categories:

    Northern Boundary

    Redoubt Road - west from Hilltop Road, Wiri Station Road to Roscommon Road.

    Western Boundary

    Cnr Wiri Station Rd along Roscommon Road to Browns Road Manukau Harbour Coastline from Browns Rd to Burundi Ave.

    Southern Boundary

    Burundi Ave, Wordsworth Road to Swallow Drive. Russell Road to Weymouth Road east along Weymouth Road and Alfriston Road to the motorway.

    Eastern Boundary

    Motorway to Orams Road and streets west of Totara Park and south of Redoubt Road.

    The Manurewa High School invites applications for out of zone enrolments from students living in the remainder of the Manurewa/Takanini community. The Manurewa High School Board of Trustees will determine the number of places to be available for students, and it is anticipated that the number of places will be less than 100 across all levels. Out of zone applications will be processed in the following order of priority:

    First Priority

    will be given to students who have been accepted for enrolment in the Special programme(s) run by the school and approved by the Secretary for Education.

    Second Priority

    will be given to applicants who are siblings of current students

    Third Priority

    will be given to applicants who are siblings of former students

    Fourth Priority

    will be given to applicants who are children of board employees

    Fifth Priority

    will be given to all other applicants

    Enrolment Packs

    Enrolment packs for in-zone and out-of-zone students are available at the local contributing Internediate Schools and also from the Manurewa High School Office. For more information and this years timeline, please contact the school.
