Future Fest - fuelling the start of 2017

Future Fest 2017 is a learning experience focused on Year 10, but with a much wider purpose to involve our whole community.

Held over three days from 7-9 February, Year 10s will be involved in:

  • Collaborative, problem-based activities supported by external facilitators and experts
  • Creating, making, showcasing and selling activities
  • Organising and performing at a new community event, the Manurewa Maker Market - February 9 from 4pm to 7pm

We would love the community to be part of it.

Do you have a creative skill or craft you would like to share at the market?

We aim to have a mix of maker activities .... high-tech and low-tech ... original, upcycled and recycled ... art, craft and food ... entertaining, or educational. Stalls can be for "show" or for "sell".
