Three hard-working students are off to Otago University for an all-expenses-paid week of hands-on learning.
 
Applications for the Otago University Hands-On Science Programme were sent on behalf of three students who were nominated by staff (one student per category of scholarship offered).
 
All three students gained a full scholarship to cover the costs of attending this event in Dunedin.
 
The students are:  Cedric Wiremu (11 PSZ) gained the Maori student scholarship, Rapi Ieremia (11 KWT) was awarded the Pasifika Scholarship and Lavinia Vehikite (11 PGB) will attend on a scholarship for students with special needs (visual needs).
