We are looking for leaders who will be: • Committed to improvement in academic achievement for underperforming groups (Maori & Boys) across all levels • Adept at implementing strategies that allow us to continue to develop our culturally responsive pedagogy and strengthen cultural identity across our school community • Confident in contributing to the implementation of an integrated & responsive learning environment for aspects of all our curriculum, that effectively uses technology to enhance teaching and learning • Experience in curriculum design and working with staff implementing successful change This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to take the next step in their leadership development.
