We are seeking a pedagogical leader with strong educational practices and the drive, energy and ability to work with the current Senior Leadership Team of a Principal and five other Deputy Principals. We are looking for a leader who will be:
· Committed to improvement in academic achievement for underperforming groups (Maori & Boys) across all levels
· Adept at implementing strategies that allow us to continue to develop our culturally sustaining pedagogy and strengthen cultural identity across our school community
· Confident in contributing to the implementation of an integrated & responsive learning environment for aspects of all our curriculum, that effectively uses technology to enhance teaching and learning
· Experience in curriculum design and working with staff implementing successful change
