Future of Work - A Series of Inspirational Talks for our learning community
What is this?
A series of workshops with interaction between inspirational entrepreneurs and the Manurewa High School community that support students, staff and whaanau to learn about developments affecting the future of work.
Launched during the Covid-19 lockdown in August 2021, Series 1 featured:

- EY Foundation and EY People - Rohini Ram helped to lead our prototype learning event, providing context on the importance of our diverse, youthful community for the Future of Work. EY team members of our Mentoring for Success collaboration were also a valuable part of this prototype, working with students to explore the significance of Kinley's Future of Work scenarios.
- Future of Work Collective - helped us to explore the "micro practices" that are already shaping how work gets done, especially online.

- Manurewa High Business Academy - championing pathways to employment and entrepreneurship through programmes like the Passport to Employment course with Mainfreight, Hynds, Ingram Micro, Lineage, J&R Construction. Also our Makerspace.
